I’m Josh Blyth, trading as JB Audio Visual. This notice explains how I handle information you provide through my website, booking enquiries, support requests and customer portal.
What I collect
Your name, organisation, email, phone number, event details, messages, booking and document information, and files you choose to upload. The services also use session cookies and technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to operate, prevent abuse and maintain security.
What I use it for
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and deliver work, manage invoices and records, provide support, and send booking-related messages or sign-in codes by email or SMS.
Storage and service providers
The website and its records are hosted with Namecheap. Hosting, email and SMS providers may process information needed to deliver these services, including outside Australia. I may also disclose information where required by law.
Your uploaded files
Files are used for your enquiry, support request or booking. Deleting a file in the customer portal archives it from the client view; it does not immediately erase the stored file or backup copies.
Retention and your choices
Information may be retained for ongoing work, business records, resolving issues and legal obligations. If you want to access or correct your details, or request deletion, email me. Some records may need to be retained, and backup copies may remain until replaced.
